We are starting a collaboration with the Kulczyk Foundation

At CreoConcept, we believe that a responsible approach to business begins with everyday decisions and the cultivation of a transparent organizational culture. To better achieve the goals we have set for ourselves, we joined the Career Cycle program run by the Kulczyk Foundation, which supports companies in creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

The program addresses important – yet still too rarely discussed – topics such as menstrual health and menopause. These areas have a real impact on the comfort, well-being, and performance of employees, regardless of their position or industry. By participating in the Career Cycle, we gain access to reliable educational materials, communication tools, and expert support that help us respond consciously to the diverse needs of our team.

Inclusivity – it comes naturally to us

For us, taking part in the program is not only a form of social engagement, but above all a set of concrete actions that align with our long-term strategy to build a culture based on respect, empathy, and openness. We want every person employed at CreoConcept to feel seen and supported – even when it comes to topics that have often remained outside the scope of workplace conversations.

Why does it matter?

Topics like menstruation and menopause have long been treated as private matters, often excluded from internal communication and company policies. Yet these are everyday experiences for many people who, regardless of their dedication and skills, may need space for conversation, understanding, or small accommodations at work.

Our Commitments

We have been part of the Career Cycle program since June 2025. As part of the initiative:

· we provide free access to menstrual products and appropriately equipped restrooms,
· we share educational materials about menstrual and menopausal health,
· we engage management in promoting and implementing program activities.

Career Cycle and the 2030 Agenda

CreoConcept’s participation in the Career Cycle program supports the implementation of selected Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, including:

· Goal 3 – Good health and well-being

· Goal 4 – Quality education,

· Goal 5 – Gender equality

· Goal 6 – Clean water and sanitation,

· Goal 8 – Decent work and economic growth,

· Goal 10 – Reduced inequalities,

· Goal 12 – Responsible consumption and production.

The Career Cycle gives companies the opportunity to broaden their perspective, educate, and implement solutions that make the workplace more fair and welcoming. We are proud to be part of this initiative.
